This card's layers are the same as THIS CARD. I really like layering the Starburst Framelits with the Circle Framelit in the center. I used bright colors this time so that you can really give it to just about anyone on your list. Remember, one of my goals this year is to finish all my family's birthday cards by the end of the month. The extras of this card will help me achieve that goal for sure.
