“Cheer Up Buttercup” – what's a happy greeting to receive in the mail.  This card went together very quickly thanks to all the great Stampin' Up! tools!  I love the combination of Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay and Whisper White.  The “pulled together” look of the card come from repeating shapes with different colors and textures. The chevron is repeated in the embossed background and the punch at the top of the tags.  The triangle shape is repeated in the three triangle stamps, punched with the triangle punch and the points at the end of the tag.

I don't know about you, but I think this set just screams bright colors.  My mind doesn't go to soft or muted colors when I pick up this set.  I think I will try a card with the regals next.  Oh, and black and white would be awesome!  Can't wait to get back home and stamp some more!

I'm having a great time at the Scrap-a-Way retreat.  Taught one card class this afternoon and then another tomorrow morning.  It's so fun to share card making with avid scrapbookers.
