When I hear this related to my craft supplies I think of adhesives, card stock and refills. When you restock it's a great time to consider multiple packages of your adhesives and multiple packages of your most used card stocks. You should especially consider restocking your go-to neutral card stocks. As for refills – check on the following:

HOLIDAY CARDS
For me the first thing I think about is what color scheme am I doing to use this year? Do I want traditional like Garden Green and Real Red? What about rich dark traditional Christmas Colors – Shaded Spruce and Merry Merlot. And then you can consider out of the box combos like Cherry Cobbler and Soft Seafoam or Highland Heather and Pool Party.
