ink-stamp-scrap-fall-leaves

Today I'm sharing a quick and easy card using ink, stamps, scraps and fall leaves.  I wanted to share this card with you because my goal is to give you ideas that you can create with ease just using the products you have.  Of course you can copy this card exactly as I show you to make it, but you can also create another card with the same shapes I used, three coordinating inks and a great stamp set.

We are going to chat more about this over on Facebook tomorrow night during our Wednesday Workshop.  I hope you can join us at 7PM ET on My Facebook Page.  If you need a couple of visuals to help you “stay in the loop” with these workshops just scroll a tiny bit more…

Alright – now that you know how to find me on Facebook, let me show you how to make this quick card.

If you decide you'd like to recreate this card here are the simple steps I followed to create it:

  1. Stamp the tree in Early Espresso on the Very Vanilla layer
  2. Add the bird house in Mint Macaron
  3. Ink up the leaves in Cajun Craze and stamp 3 times along the bottom of the tree  – be sure to change the direction of your stamp too
  4. Ink up the leaves again and stamp it off once before adding leaves to the tree – you'll want to stamp in this way twice to fill the tree
  5. Layer this on the Cajun Craze card stock and then on the Gilded Autumn scrap of DSP using Foam Adhesive Strips
  6. Layer the DSP on your card base – voila!
