Stacked-Greeting-Simple-Handmade-Birthday-Card

If you need to make a quick card you should try using a  stacked greeting simple handmade birthday card.  I love using the Classic Garage designer series paper pack for guy cards.  You can just grab a sheet and a greeting and voila!  You have a great guy card.

To make this card I cut the Happy Birthday from Black Foil sheets three times.  Each layer cut included the foil and a multi-purpose sheet on the back.  They are stuck together and then attached to the designer series paper.

On the inside to tie the card together you can see a small matching strip of the same Classic Garage paper.

At first I made the card just layering the greeting, paper and Whisper White card.  The paper just faded into the card.  When I added the slender layer of Basic Gray around the card everything looked much better.  That little layer made the pattern on the paper and the greeting “pop”.
