lighthearted-leaves-linda-bartolucciColoring can be very relaxing.  Letting the stressors of your life go as you concentrate on the tiny shapes and mixture of colors.  This hobby is HOT right now with all ages.  Every book store you walk into has shelves and displays with the latest coloring books for adults.   I feel like Lighthearted Leaves gives you that chance to enjoy the color book experience anytime!

The color combination of Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Tangelo Twist used in the leaves was inspired by the colors in the Into the Woods Designer Series Paper.  If you’d like to add to your collection of Designer Series Paper Guides you can download the all-new 2015 Holiday Catalog Designer Series Paper Guide.  I print two keeping one in my files and one in my stamping area.  This way I can refer to it for trendy color combinations or to see what colors were used in a paper that I already own.

I really like the new cotton Rich Razzleberry ribbon in the Holiday Catalog.  I didn’t want a bow to distract your eye from the leaves, but I thought the texture and another horizontal line.  By tying a simple knot I found the look.

Inside this card I used one of the two word stamps from Lighthearted Leaves.  then I added a small leaf popped up with a dimensional in the corner.

When was the last time you went to a Stampin’ Up! Workshop?  I’m hosting a Facebook Workshop next Tuesday.  All you have to do is that you’re going so you will get notifications when new posts show up on the event.  I will be sharing all-new projects, drawing for fantastic prizes and giving you a fantastic order incentive.

Can’t make the workshop from 7pm – 8pm on Tuesday, September 8?  You can still watch the project videos and take part in the order incentive until September 11 at 5PM ET.  Click on the picture below to join in the fun!

e-mail-icon1Next Tuesday I have a great tutorial to send to my email list!  There’s even a “boy” version and a “girl” version.  Not a baby card, but a cute note card you can use for any occasion.  Make sure you’re on the list! Only email subscribers will get this great tutorial!

It’s Friday!  I’m placing my first order for Product Shares!  Would you like a yard of each ribbon, cord and trim from the Holiday Catalog?  But wait there’s more!  How about a 6 by six square from every pattern of every package of Designers Series Paper?  But that’s not all!  You will also get a sample of every size and color of every embellishment in the Holiday Catalog.  If you purchased all these items in full you’d spend almost $200 before shipping and tax.  I’m offering this great sampler for just $45 (that includes US shipping).

Click on this link to order now!  Final order will be placed on September 11!
