Quick-Spring-CardThis quick Spring card went together in a flash!  I've been looking out at the slowly melting snow for weeks and I just had to dive into some spring colors!  For this card I used the Color Coach to help me get my trio of colors.  I wanted to use Calypso Coral as it will be leaving us in a few months – sigh!  This was the brighter of the two trios listed on the Calypso Coral card in my Color Coach.

First I just cut the Daffodil Delight to 4 1/4" by 8 1/2" to make a great square card.  Then I stamped the flower and center from Mixed Bunch and punched them out.  I embossed the Baja Breeze with a retired embossing folder – Petals a Plenty and then added the finishing touches.

A Daffodil Delight button from the Brights Buttons with some Baja Breeze seam binding tied through it.  The strip of Calypso Coral Cardstock set off the button and ribbon nicely and gave me a nice anchor for the flower.

I left the inside blank so I can use it for whatever strikes me – what do you think?
