I added two rows of the Pool Party Ruffled Ribbon and then a scallop edge of the new Primrose Petals Core'dination cardstock. Before I put the scallop layer in I embossed it with the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder and then sanded it to make the dots pop vanilla.
The greeting is from one of my go-to sets: Teeny Tiny Phrases. So happy this set is now available in wood and clear!
