Today I thought we'd start with an easy masculine card. These are always a challenge for people, but the truth is when it comes to a "guy" card less is more. Just stick with stripes or polka dots, bold and dark colors, simple shapes and clean lines.
For this card each of the strips of Festival Designer Series Paper is cut to 1". I put the two ends on first leaving the same margin on the far right and far left. Then I put the other two strips in the middle making them evenly spaced with the outer two. Make sense?
The greeting is popped up with dimensionals which is an OK tool for a "guy" card. This greeting comes from Perfectly Penned which is one of the stamps sets that Stampin' Up! is testing in the Single Stamps promotion. Last week they added two new sets AND two never before seen stamps!
