delightful dozen stampin up designer series paper

This is a great example of coordinating Stampin' Up! products.  This was one of the first reasons I fell in LOVE with Stampin' Up! products.  The simple coordination of products that allows everyone to be an artisit.  For this card I simply pulled together the colors from the Designer Series Paper and added pattern to the center strip pulling the chevron pattern from, you guessed it, the Designer Series Paper.

I have a great time every once in awhile looking through Stampin' Up! catalogs from the late 1990's.  Wow!  How things have changed!  Even then things were coordinated, but the variety of coordinating products has grown to touch every type of product Stampin' Up! carries.

I am getting very excited to fly to Orlando tomorrow for Stampin' Up's Leadership Conference.  There is a LOT on my plate today, but knowing what I get to do tomorrow will get me through.  I have plenty to share with you here while I am away so be sure to continue to check daily for new samples.

Tomorrow there will be a post about the Blog Candy I will be giving away while I am gone.  Be sure to leave a comment on that post so you can enter to win – it's a great prize!  If you receive these posts by email I will include a link back to the post for tomorrow so you can leave a comment.  You can't make a comment from an email and I don't want you to miss out.

OK – enough!  Let's talk about today's card.  I am having a great time with the More Amore Designer Series Paper.  So much that I think I might need more!  For this card I layered two rectangles and then put a texture embossed layer of vanilla to finish it. The Primrose Petal ribbon and Pool Party heart were inspired by the accent colors found in the base piece of DSP.

This is a great layout that you might want to file away.  I will be showing more and more of it as it's a great way to showcase DSP.
