I love the colors in the new Ginger Blossom Designer Series Paper. I also enjoy that I received the Enjoy Every Moment stamp set for FREE from Stampin' Up! I attended a Regional confrence in September and if we put in a $400 show within a certain timeframe after the confrence then they sent us this stamp set. Well, I had done a $400+ show just before the confrence, but hadn't released it yet because I was waiting for payment to clear. Lucky me – that gave me the set FREE! But, I digress…
I used the colors Ruby Red, Groovy Guava and Pretty in Pink. I stamped the large flowers in each on whisper white cardstock. Before layering on River Rock textured cardstock I used the Punches Plus brass template to create a pierced circle in the flower. I punched coordinating circles using the 1/2 inch punch and mounted them in the center of the flower using dimensionals. The metal is from the Aged Copper Hodgepodge Hardware Kit and I topped it off with a little bit of Groovy Guava Double Stitched Ribbon.
Tomorrow I have two big TO DO's: finish packing for Leadership in Palm Springs and put the finishing touches on a special sale while I'm gone. Hint: Your Stamping Wish List.
Be Well –
Linda
How did you apply Versa Mark and craft ink onto the flowers on the pink card if they are on designer paper? Also did you heat emboss them after applying versa mark and then again after applying the craft ink?
