Still in love with the Henry Says stamps! This is a great birthday card for the guy in your life no matter what his age. The Daffodil Delight make it bright and cheery while the simple layout and lack of bling make it fit for a guy.
STAMPING TIP: Check out the soda pop top – it's FLATTENED! You can do this using your big shot. I made this card for a swap and did a whole bunch of them at once. You just make the sandwich as you would for a sizzlit. Except, you lay the open side of the soda pop top on a piece of sturdy tag board. I used a piece of the tag board that ships with all our designer series papers. I can't tell you what tab you'll need if any – you just need to see what works best with your Big Shot. Here is a close-up:
Flattening the soda pop top also makes it much easier for mailing!
