Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas 2025.  This year has been full of fun travel, family and friends.  Along the way we made cards to celebrate them, cheer them up and comfort them in times of need.  I'm looking forward to 2026 as another year of big growth for us at Ink Stamp and Scrap.  As always, thank you for your support and friendship.

The Card

Today I thought I'd share a fun Christmas Card with a quick tip for using a single embossing folder on multiple layers.

Let's Make It

Now let's make this quick and easy card.

  1. Use the largest Textured Pattern die and cut the Shaded Spruce card stock.
  2. Use the second largest Textured Pattern die and cut the Real Red card stock.
  3. Use the fourth largest Textured Pattern die and cut the Basic White card stock.
  4. Use Multipurpose Glue to attach the Real Red and Shaded Spruce layers.  Die emboss both layers with the Plaid 3D embossing folder.
  5. Die cut Merry Christmas from scrap Shaded Spruce card stock - use Adhesive Sheet on back of card stock before die cutting.
  6. Assemble Card using Multipurpose Glue as follows:
    • Die embossed rectangles to card base
    • Basic White rectangle
    • Greeting Dies

7. Add Decorative Dots

Dimensions and Measurements

  • Basic White - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
  • Shaded Spruce - scrap at least 4" x 3"
  • Shaded Spruce & Real Red - 5 1/4" x 4"
