holiday card tutorials

These four quick and easy holiday season cards can be your inspiration to complete your holiday cards.  I've included one seasons greeting as well as a New Year's card in case you find yourself starting this project after Thanksgiving and just know you need some extra time.

I will be sending full tutorials for each of these to my email list today, Friday, November 10 at 2pm ET. If you are on my list you'll get all four to spark your creativity for this holiday season. The final edition of this email series will go out next Friday (November 17) and will share packaging and gift giving ideas. Remember this only goes to my email list so be sure you're on my list.

So do you find yourself starring at the calendar wondering how you're going to get your Christmas cards done?   Why not send New Year's cards and give yourself the gift of a couple extra weeks to get them done?

OK – this card is more clean and simple than quick and easy – but I couldn't resist sharing it.  I was so happy with it and can't wait to make more to send this holiday season.  Will this be THE card – no!  I will make 6 – 12 of them and send to very special people.  I will also add a Christmas greeting on the front, but I figured this gives you enough of an idea.  Plus, the tutorial going to my email list explains all the steps to make the tree.

Here we are back to Quick and Easy – once again using the Merriest Trees bundle.  You should consider copying this simple layout and matching it to whatever stamps and dies you're already planning to use this holiday season.

I always find myself making about 20 “seasons greeting” style cards for our friends and family who don't celebrate Christmas, but that I want to touch with at least once in the year.  We still include a “year in review” letter to keep people up-to-date.  What about you?  Do you share a recap letter in your holiday cards?
