triple time technique with patterned paper

One of my favorite techniques is Triple Time and the easiest way to accomplish this look is to create the Triple Time Technique with Patterned Paper.  For today's card I grabbed a stamp set that I absolutely LOVED when I saw it in the new catalog last April and then with all the fun of the fall and winter it got a little lost.  Best Butterflies fills your card with bold images that makes for happy people when they get a card from you.

OK, so how did I get this effect so easily?  Let's get to it!
