2022-may-in-color-club-cards

One of my favorite times of the year is the launch of the In Color Club.  I love sharing all the new colors and seeing what you make with them.  Each of the five months for this club members receive a card in their color of the month.  This card not only gives them a fun idea of what they can make with all the products they will have at the end of the club, but also shares how beautifully all the colors work together.

Today I'm sharing the May 2022 cards for the club.  This card features every color in the new collection and the awesome new dots and designer series paper.

Quick question: do you love getting new papers, but find yourself hesitant to use them because then they will be gone?  This was me for a long time and I found that making cards where I only used a little bit of paper set me on the path of becoming more and more comfortable using it up.

Ok, back to today's project.

Quick Instructions

  1.  Cut strips of paper to 1/2″.
  2. Add three to the front of the card on the left using Stampin' Dimensionals and spacing about 1/8″ apart.
  3. Stamp the sentiment on a scalloped rectangle die cut from Basic White in the one color not used as the card base or paper strips.
  4. Attach the greeting with glue on the left and Stampin' Dimensionals on the right.  This will allow for the rectangle to be level on the card.
  5. Add dots to the upper left and lower right corners of the scallop rectangle.

Be sure to only put Stampin' Dimensionals on the right half of the scalloped rectangle.  Use Liquid Glue to attach the left side.  This will balance the rectangle so it lays flat on the card.
