This Banner Year Halloween card is easy peasy. I asked my viewers on my Facebook Live this week if they make and send Halloween cards. The consensus was that they did, but only a few to special people. If you fall into this camp then you should make a quick card like this. With mail times these days you'll want your Halloween card postmarked by October 15 to be sure they are delivered!
