Today I want to show you how to Make Fake Layers on Your Handmade Card with Scraps. In the sample today you can see the Magenta Madness layer under the stamped layer. That “layer” is really two strips of 1″ by 5 1/4″ card stock. Each has been attached to the make an equal amount show behind the stamped layer. Pretty cool right?
