Happy 2018! I hope you caught up with friends and family (and sleep) during this holiday season. I sure did! I am ready to kick this year off and see what life has in store. Speaking of kick-off, it's time to kick off Stampin' Up's biggest sale of the year – Sale-a-Bration! Today this post is more than just a post; it's part of a blog hop which means you can visit other demonstrators sites and see the great Sale-a-Bration samples they have created.

Today's card features the Heartfelt Blooms stamp set. You can earn this stamp set by purchasing $50 in Stampin' Up! products during January, February and March. The flower stamp is photo-realistic. When you take a close look it appears to be a photograph of flowers and leaves. This style of stamp is new for Stampin' Up! and when I was in Salt Lake City for our convention they told us to expect more of this stamp style. It's very easy to stamp and completes the project in no time.
For this card I went with a monochromatic look. The sample in the Sale-a-Bration catalog shows this stamped in a bright color with a contrasting color for the greeting. I know you will be seeing more samples using this on my blog this season – it's a great stamp set!

In this photo you get a better view of the Wink of Stella added to the flower stamp. I used the clear Wink of Stella to add some bling to the card.
You'll see Mini Glue Dots in the supply list as well. I used these to keep the ends of my bow just where I wanted them.
I hope you enjoyed this sample and all the others in this hop. Be sure to scroll all the way down to see supplies used for this card!

I have lots of news to share in my January Email that will be coming to your inbox on January 3 at 1pm ET. If you're not on my list yet be sure to sign up using this link. Have a great day!

Thank you Susan! I wish I would remember to use it more often – love it too!
Gorgeous! And, I don’t usually like purples. I love this set and don’t think I’ll tire of it. I like the nice, simple layout, too.
