As we wind down to Christmas I wanted to share a quick holiday card that you can whip up with ease.  This card can be mass produced fairly quickly if you are still (like me) in the process of making holiday cards.  You can also save some time by just stamping the greeting with any of our gray inks.  You could use Smoky Slate, Basic Gray or even Basic Black for a pop!

One of the biggest time-savers on this card is the ribbon.  You use just as much as you would to make a bow, but you just fold it back and forth and create a quick layer.  To achieve this look I recommend adding dimensionals to the greeting layer.  Fold your ribbon back and forth and then stick the greeting on top to keep the fold the way you want it.  Add another dimensional or two and attach the whole thing to your card.

You can also make some basic substitutions on this card if you don' t have the supplies on hand that I'm showing:

  1.  Stamp snowflakes in the background instead of using Designer Series Paper
  2. Use a circle of silver foil, Basic Gray or Smoky Slate card stock instead of the Foil Snowflake.  You could also use a Delicate Dollie
  3. Any white ribbon will work for your ribbon layer.  You could even use another ribbon with silver in it to achieve this look
