Retiring In Colors and the Confetti Stars Punch made this card quick and easy!  To make the frame of stars just slip the Confetti Stars punch on the 4″ by 5 1/4″ Whisper White on each of the four sides.  Then layer a scrap of each color behind the stars.  Since five colors are retiring and I wanted to include them all I added a layer of Blackberry Bliss behind the punched Whisper White.  To give the punched layer more shadow use Dimensionals to attach it to the card.

The Expressions Natural Elements are also retiring.  Luckily the glue that holds the “congrats' onto the card – Fine Tip Glue Pen – is staying into the next catalog.
