Hardwood Picket Fence DIY Greeting Card

As promised – a fun new card AND a video! For this card I made a picket fence using the Hardwood stamp and the Tree Punch. It's super easy! I filed this video in Two Minute Tips because it's just that quick. This card can be sent out just because which is a great reason to get a card. I like the soft colors of the English Garden Designer Series Paper. If you'd like a reference for these colors and more check out my Designer Series Paper Guides.

I used an older sketch from Mojo Monday to create this card. Here is what I started with:

To make the ring I used two circles from the Circle Framelits.
To attache the vellum over the Designer Series Paper and over the butterfly I used Mini Glue dots underneath the White Accents.

Then I carried the theme inside with a 1″ strip of the designer series paper. You should make a “just because” card to have handy the next time someone special needs a little cheering up! Nothing does that better than a handmade card – except chocolate:)
