Happy Hump Day! Today I wanted to show you a quick card I made using the Sweet Sorbet Designer Paper and the Another Thank You Photopolymer stamps. It's a super quick card and I made it using a 6 by 6 piece of card stock. Why this size? I found a bunch of 3 by 6 envelopes when cleaning out a drawer the other day. Wanting to put them to good use I started making these cards.
QUICK TIP: I wanted to add the ribbon, but didn't want to tie it around the DSP because sometimes that can be too rough expecially when it spans the card. Making the “thank you” layer a little longer gave me room to tie the ribbon around that.
PUT IT TOGETHER: First cut a 6 by 6 piece of Whisper White card stock. Then attach a 2 7/8″ by 5 7/8″ piece of Sweet Sorbet (FREE with SAB) designer series paper to the card. Stamp the “Thank You” on a 2 2/4″ by 3″ piece of Pool Party card stock in Basic Black ink. Tie the 1/8″ Basic Black Taffeta ribbon around the bottom and attach to the card using Dimensionals.
