Happy Mother's Day! Instead of what you might find on some stamping blogs today – I thought I'd give you a sample with a technqiue and a cool trick. Here you go!

This card uses the Collage Technique. This is an oldy-but-goody where you just keep repeating coordinating stamps to make a unique background. I used the anchor, sea horse, fish and sea shell to create the base for my collage. Then I used the beautiful script stamp and stamped it over the sea creatures repeatedly.
Here is the cool tip – you can put all these stamps together on one acrylic block to make stamping go much faster:
This is what my stamp looked like when I inked it up and stamped all over the soon-to-be-gone River Rock cardstock.
I hope you like this sample! I'm sure you will enjoy my dear friend Ingrid Blackburn's as well! You can find her at the Creative Grove!
Again, to all Mother's reading this – Happy Mother's Day!

The background collage is beautiful! Love that it is on the diagonal.
