The Dress Up Framelits are so fun to play with! Almost any scallop, circle or flower just adds a touch of class to the dress. I received this example in a swap – thanks Sarah! She used the 7/8" Scallop Punch to add a flirty skirt to the dress.
Do you love the texture on the punches? I'm doing a little guessing here, but I know that you can get this effect from stamping with crumpled paper. I think that's how she did it.
