This was the project we made last night at January's Stamping Class. Everyone had a great time – they especially liked taking home a package of Poetry Prints Paper and Soda Pop Tops. They used them on some of the projects and took the rest home!
I was inspired to make this card from a sample I saw at our Leadership conference. That's one of the best things about going to a Stampin' Up! event – all the great samples!
In order to emboss the entire Petite Pocket you will need to run the open pocket through the machine twice. Then you can assemble it with Sticky Strip. The Poetry Prints that measures 6 1/2″ by 2 1/4″ is wrapped around like a belly band.
For the center focal point I used the largest, next largest and new smallest scallop circle punches! The text stamp from Collage Curios fits perfectly into the 1″ circle punch. Then I stamped the butterfly in Raspberry Ripple ink and punched it out with the 3/4″ circle punch. The “bling” is the smallest jewel!
