The Color Me Irresistible Specialty Designer Series Paper is clear embossed for you – so many possibilities.  There are white papers that you can color with ink using a brayer, sponges or daubers.  You can even get more adventurous and use an Aqua Painter (but that has to dry).

I also used the Triple Banner Punch to create the double banner behind the ice cream cone.  This punch is so easy to use and it makes banners for 2″, 1 1/2″ and 1″ strips of paper.  The original Banner Punch has lots of possibilities, but it is limited to just the 5/8″ wide banner.
