Stepped Up Buffalo Check Thank You Card

This stepped up buffalo check thank you card only needs two extra ingredients. First you need a complimentary color marker – in my case I chose Gorgeous Grape. You also need a ruler or straight edge of some kind. You can even use a sturdy piece of chip board (like the kind you get with your Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!).

Once you've gathered your extras you just need to stamp the Buffalo Check stamp in Poppy Parade Ink on a 3 3/4″ by 5″ . Next take your straight edge and Gorgeous Grape Marker and make a line with the fine tip point both vertically and horizontally in every other white space. Then fill in the other white spaces with the brush tip of the marker (still using your ruler).

Next, take your Big Shot and cut out the second and third smallest rectangles with the Stitched Rectangle Framelits.

Now you can assemble the rest of the card by stamping the greeting and layering it, tying the bow and wrapping a band of ribbon around the front of the card.

For the greeting I attached it to the layers with Dimensionals. I used Mini Glue Dots to attach the wrap of ribbon and bow.
