This Easy Layered Patterned Paper Note Card would be great to send for any occasion! You all know I love keeping things simple, but… I cannot resist a great layered card. This one has a banner, circle and stamp die cut elements. All of the inspiration came from the patterned paper and it was easy-peasy to assemble.
Here's a quick rundown of the steps:
- Cut your base layer of patterned paper
- Punch out your banner with the Triple Banner Punch
- Stamp and color the mushroom and leaves stamp
- Die cut the mushroom stamp
- Die cut a stitched circle
- Assemble using Stampin' Seal and Stampin' Dimensionals
Did you know many products used to make this card are on the Retiring List?

For coloring my go-to are the Stampin' Blends. And by the way – all the new In Colors for 2021-2023 (Pale Papaya, Fresh Freesia, Polished Pink, Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent) will be available in Stampin' Blends! Anyway, for some reason Blushing Bride has not made the lineup. That's why you'll see in the products below I listed the Subtle Stampin' Write Markers along with all the Stampin' Blends I used.
QUICK TIP: You'll notice in the this picture that the crown of the mushroom is “darker” than the inside. You can achieve this with regular markers by adding a layers of color. The trick to getting this to work is to let the first layer dry before you add the next. I know, the exact opposite of the way you color with the Stampin' Blends.
