Welcome to Single Layer Saturday Issue One! This card took me less than 5 minutes to make – pretty cool! I used the Forever Fern stamp set with Just Jade Ink Pad. Then I used the Rectangle Stitched Die that made a tight frame around the fern and traced it with my Basic Black Stampin' Marker. That's it.

Single layer cards are pretty but I don’t usually make them.
I normally make layered cards. Love your single layer card with Forecer Fern!
It’s difficult for me to make single layer cards! I always want to add embossing, die cuts, ribbon, or bling!
I love your single layer card! But, i rarely make a single layer. I like to have at least 2 layers.

Yes, I do make single layer cards. Although I prefer more than one layer.
I seldom make single layer cards but I don’t know why. I love their simplicity.
I make a stack of single layer cards and keep them on hand for multiple occasions . Most recent was “welcome to the neighborhood .
They are easy to make and mail, no extra postage needed.
I actually make my sympathy cards as one layer cards

I always tackle lots of difficult cards – too much looking at Pintrest. I’ll have to try something easier. Maybe if I add a little Wink of Stella on that fern 🙂

I make most of my cards in a single layer. I do embellish with embossing folders, wink of stella or other glitter.
