Happy Friday!  Today I have a quick, easy Cute Fruit card from one of the most adorable new stamp sets Stampin' Up! made.  I love how all the pieces combine to make these great fruit images and the greetings are so much fun!

GIVEAWAY!  For the next 10 days I will be drawing winners from my comments.  Just my way to brighten up your July.  Be sure to check for the question of the day and answer in the comments.  Winners will be chosen the morning following my post.  I will email you directly based on the email you give when you comment.

QUESTION OF THE DAY:  Which group of In Colors do you like more?  The newest or last year's?

To create this card I stamped the parts of the melon and smiley face on scrap card stock and fussy cut it.  Then I created the label frame using the Hippo & Friends Dies.  Then I tied a bow of the tule ribbon using my 10 Second Bow Maker.

I put it all together on the 8 1/2″ by 4 1/4″ Shaded Spruce card base like this:

  1. Add 4″ by 4″ Melon Mambo layer using Stampin' Seal
  2. Attach 3 3/4″ by 3 3/4″ Whisper White layer using Stampin'  Seal
  3. Layer Hippo & Friends Dies frame using glue dots
  4. Next the Melon rind using glue dots
  5. Now add the Melon fruit using Stampin' Dimensionals
  6. Don't forget the smiley face using Stampin' Dimensionals
  7. Then the bow using glue dots
  8. Finally, stamp the greeting in Shaded Spruce ink
