You can use Blended Seasons to make a quick and easy Christmas card. This is a limited-edition stamp set with coordinating dies that is available while supplies last in August. Enjoy reading more about how I put this card together. If you’d like to see another version you can join my email list today and get a bonus tutorial from my August Updates email. The new Subtle Embossing Folder makes any card stock look textured. I used this folder on the Old Olive layer to add some interest to the card.
To make the frame set I cut both the Whisper White and Poppy Parade with the largest stitched frame die from the Stitched Season die set. Then I put the medium frame die in the center of the Poppy Parade layer and cut it out to make a frame for the bells and greeting.
I used the Stamparatus to place the Merry Christmas just where I wanted it. If I were mass producing this card I would stamp Merry Christmas on all the white layers and then attach the red frame with glue dots.
I stamped several bells on a scratch sheet of Whisper white and then colored them with Stampin’ Blends all at once. You’ll see another version of this in my August Update email along with a tutorial write-up so that you can create the stepped-up version. You can use this handy link to get this email sent right to your inbox. Important: It will only be sent to inboxes until August 31 and then it will be gone!
This quick and easy card would be very easy to mass produce as you can do many steps over time and then assemble the cards at once.
