What do you think of my Holly Berry Happiness Christmas card? Over the next few weeks you will see lots of Christmas and Holiday cards that only use one stamp set. I may grab the Suite Seasons's or a background stamp on occasion, but my goal is to keep it to one stamp set, one embossing folder and one pack of designer series paper at the most. This idea will be the theme of my upcoming Online Workshop scheduled for Thursday, November 3 at 7:00ET. I have four new holiday and Christmas cards to share with you. I will demonstrate them with the maximum products, but also show samples of scaled down version. Ok – let's get on with today's Holly Berry Happiness Christmas Card!

You can easily mass produce this card. One thing to consider if you want to include the Designer Series Paper is that this card's piece measures 4″ by 3″. You can get 12 of these from each piece of DSP. Let's look at all the patterns in the Pine Cones and Presents DSP (which is still on sale – Buy 3 Get 1 Free).

The papers are show with the two sides next to each other.  I see five options for this card.  The only full page that won't work is the second one with the Delightful Dijon on one side and the Cherry Cobbler on the other.

Now let's look at the lovely circle of holly:

First I want to share the steps to make this:

  1.  Run Cherry Cobbler card stock through the Big Shot to cut the scalloped oval from the Layered Circle Framelits
  2. Run Whisper White card stock through the Big Shot to cut the circle from the Layered Circle Framelits
  3. Stamp the Holly leaves in the center of the circle using Emerald Envy ink
  4. Stamp the bow on scrap Whisper White card stock in Cherry Ink
  5. Punch out the bows with the Holly Berry Punch
  6. Attach the bow to the holly using two Dimensionals
  7. Attach the Whisper White to the Cherry Cobbler using adhesive (I used Fast Fuse)

Next I want you to imagine this with a cute paper pierced border…I would love to share a picture of what that would look like, but I think I have something better.  Would you like a sneak peek at the November special?  Hop over to this page and take a look.

Have you started your Christmas cards yet?  I hope you'll join me for our Online Workshop and get some more ideas!  We will be getting together LIVE on November 3 at 7:00pmET.
